Systems Repair & Support

Scheduled support combines our on-call support with regular site visits. We help you protect your network with scheduled maintenance. We can detect and address issues before they affect productivity by regularly troubleshooting and upgrading systems. Additionally, by being available on site on a regular basis we can answer frequent asked questions more efficiently.

In addition to our support contracts, we can help you with regular network maintenance and infrastructure planning. Allow us to stabilize your existing infrastructure, or help you plan and budget for network changes. This includes tracking and deploying software upgrades, critical updates and patches, and license information, as well as automatic back-up and recovery systems for your most precious technology asset: your data.

Specific services include installation, training, troubleshooting and repair for:

    On-call support is provided on an incident by incident basis. We are available by phone and e-mail during business hours and, by appointment, after hours. We make site visits as required.
